Cistern in Crawlspace
15 years ago our house was built on the land where an old house once was. Under the back part of our house in the crawlspace is an old cistern. There is almost no space under the house to move around, but I don't think that it has and cement sides and looks almost like a sink hole. The problem is that the land around the outside of the foundation is starting to sink under the foundation and we are starting to have problem with mold under the house...and there is evidence of past termite problems also.
What are your suggestions??!??
