Concrete uneven

I had to break out some of the concrete floor in my basement to run some drain lines and when I filled in the concrete there were a couple of little high spots. I really don't feel like using floor leveller and all that - can I just grind them off or is there another easier method?

thanks

If you have a large area to level your local tool rental store may have a grinder you can rent. If it's just a few small high spots a common hand grinder works well enough.

Ditto

What Pilot Dane said. It's probably just a small area, so get a grinder with a masonry grinding wheel. That'll knock those high spots down, but have a shop vac on hand as this is a dust storm
