Basement poured around wood beams

Hi,

We recently had a basement floor poured. Our house is around 90 years old and the main support beam is supported by two vertical wood beams which are in turn supported by huge rocks.

When the contractor poured the floor, he did not frame around the wood beams, so now the concrete is in contact with them. Is this something I should be worried about, will the concrete rot the bottom of the wood beams?

Thanks.

Yes, they will rot. Break out the concrete around the posts and fill with gravel.
