Order of Work?

I am in the process of finishing my basement. I am contracting, but having subs do work. I will have rough electric and framing inspections done in next 10 days..

In my town, next inspection is unsulation, then I can drywall. My question is...after drywayll, what is the best order to do the following:

a) Prime/paint
b) Doors/Trim
c) Final Electric
d) Carpet floor

I'm not sure If I should paint first or have electrician come first or what. Is there a generally accpeted order. My last inspection after sheetrock is final for all, so I just don't know which is best order..

Thanks for any help.

I would think that you would not do the trim/carpet/ finish electrical until you have primed and painted. Otherwise you may have a mess on all of your trim out.

paint
electric
doors
carpet
trim

But some do trim before carpet, leaving a space under baseboards
