Thumbs down DON'T Become a Victim...look what I found

Like I have been saying, I have been cleaning out my basement, removing walls and preparing to re-do the whole shabang.

I have seen several posts from people talking about how they will be finishing the outside walls.
Well, my basement was done by someone who needs to see these pictures.
Dont ever think you can take a shortcut!
Dont think cause the basement is dry, that you dont have a moisture problem!

These assumptions have me looking at alot more work, and if you take a good look, you can see the termite damage that just happens to surround the holes he broke into the block to place his outlets.

Ahh yes...the joys of home ownership.

So what do I do with the holes.....just fill them with a bagged concrete mix?

I am kind of surprised that the walls were not filled with concrete actually, the wall in these 2 areas are about 8 feet below the outside grade.
