Vinyl Sofit ceiling

HI all
I was skimming through the forum looking for way sto finish my basement ceiling. Drywall isnt an option (accessability ) and Suspended isnt good either( 7 ft ceilings). I did see where someone used vinyl sofit material to do the ceiling. Does anyone have pics of this and/or experience doing it? This sounds do-able but ive never done it. Thanks!

Don't have any pictures, but it is doable. It ain't warm and cozy looking, as it will look like a front porch with a swing, but doable. I do understand about the accessibility and drop ceiling limitations. At least you will be able to access something if you need to.

Some folks even leave their ceiling unfinished. I seen some pics of painted ceilings. It didn't look bad to me, but I guess it depends on the look you're going for.

Here's a link that may be helpful...
