basement window frame ideas

I want to finish my basement window with an inclination in front so that I have easy access to opening the windows. Side view of the window will look like...

------------------- top
|
| window
|
/
/ inclined wall (concrete)
/
_ |
stud _ | wall (concrete block)
wall _ |

Are your windows already installed? If not, you should use pressure treated wood in contact with the block. If they are already installed it is a moot point. I would not place plywood nor sheetrock directly against concrete block.
