mold in finished basement

We were away from our house for 2 years, only to return to find surface mold on the drywall of our finished basement, and wet block walls in the unfinished part. We are fixing the exterior problems, and I've cleaned the mold with bleach solution. The wall behind the finished part was never sealed with drylock and there is no vapor barrier of any type. We also have 2 dehumidifiers going now.
Do we have to remove all of the drywall and re-do it?
Can lamintate flooring be put down on the concrete floor (low ceiling)?

This is a very common problem when the home is empty! I burn Realtors a new one all the time because they are to cheap to leave the power on for a
few months to let the dehumidifiers and Ac run. Sounds like this is just on top
and should just clean up with a rag an bleach/water. 7 parts water 1 part
bleach.
