Basement Toilet rough in mistake...

I am adding a bathroom in the basement. The plumber and contractor met prior before the drain line was roughed in for the toilet... Wel of course, there is a miscommunication and the is only room for a 10 inch toilet... The wall is 10 and 3 quarters from the center drain... Instead of cutting up the slab, again, that would cost a mint, the plumber said he can install a 10 inch toilet. Are there any other options so
I can add a 12 inch? The wall can not be moved back any more... Can he add an offset flange? It is a 4 inch drain/pipe.

Believe it or not, it's not that big a job to bust up the concrete and move the drain 2". It'd be a good saturday project for anyone not afraid to get their hands dirty. Just have to rent a jack hammer. You can probably be done with the whole thing in 2-3 hours.
