mold control product

I'm insulating the floor joists of my crawl space with fiberglass batts. Before I install it, I am cleaning up some mold spores on the joists. The floor of the crawl space now has 6 mil poly, sealed at the seams and along the walls. But that wasn't always the case, it was previously dirt, which is where I suspect the moisture and mold came from. I've been using a bleach/water solution and a rag, and wiping. I bought a product, called mold control by concrobium. It creates an antimicrobial surface when applied. Is this a legit product? It sounds as if as long as I control the moisture (which I have) that I won't have to worry about mold on the joists with this product.

I am of the belief that when product literature features testimonals it is a red flag as to the legitimacy of its advertising.
Concrobium may work but it is no more than washing soda.

Here is some previous discussion on this.

I have not found anything stating that it is a EPA registered product. Id say find another product that is.
