After market thermostat/humidistat for attic fan?

I bought a gable fan this past summer with a thermostat. Discovered some mold in my attic this winter and want to rewire the fan, taking off the thermostat and rewiring it to a combined humidistat/thermostat.

I am having a hard time finding a humidistat/thermostat to wire the fan to. Anyone have any suggestions?

Rather than deal with the problem after the fact, I would find out from where the moisture is leaking into the attic. A bath fan not properly vented to the outside, leaky wall cavities(wiring/plumbing holes etc.), poor insulation. Solve that issue and you will likely not need to change the fan sensor.
