Question Concrete over stone wall?

I have an internal wall in my basement that is made of loose(r) stones. What is the best method to patch/past these stones together without taking the wall down? I have thought about using concrete forms and filling it in with concrete. Is this a good idea? Anyone have any ideas? The internal basement wall is about 10 feet long.

Welcome to the forums! Is this wall supporting your house? How old is the house? Is the basement floor finished or dirt? What sort of footing exists under this wall? Sorry for all the questions, but we gotta know.

What Chandler asked, and if it is not a supporting wall, why not remove it and start over. If it is a supporting wall, it needs to be rebuilt to do a proper job.
