Connecting Multiple Crawl Spaces
Long time lurker, first time poster.
I've got 3 crawl spaces. For reasons of accessibility and better ventilation, I would like to connect them. The foundation is 12" wide concrete that is 2 feet high. I envision making one person sized opening from the main crawl space to each of the other two crawl spaces. Now, my two questions.
- What would be the best way to break through 12" of concrete when working in a confined space?
- Do I have to be concerned that the house will collapse because of these new openings?
Any other questions, comments and advice are welcome.

Welcome to the forums! This should have been a consideration when the walls were poured (I am assuming poured). with such little room to work, IMO an exterior access to each cubicle would be a better idea. I know you are concerned with ventilation, but you should probably treat each one separately.
