Pored basement walls with framed walls and moisture protection

Hello,
I have a 1600 sq ft basement with pored walls. When i built my house, i had the contractor frame only the walls. No paneling, drywall, etc. I was ignorant to potential moisture problems and the need to hang a moisture barrier. I do not want to take down the framing just to put up sheet foam. So, i have been looking for alternatives. I don't want to use spray foam due to cost. I have been looking at Dryloc. If i was to paint Dryloc on the walls and then hang batts insulation would this work? I have no leaks and excellent drainage around my house.

In my opinion everything you are planning will work. You might consider using a mold resistant insulation batt like a mineral wool product, and also be sure and keep an air space between the batts and the cement wall, both for air movement as well as to keep away any possible direct moisture transfer to the insulation from the concrete walls.
