What to do about sewage drain? (pics)

I'm in the process of refinishing my basement. I have a big issue though - the central sewage drain comes off the wall apporoximately 36". It's an awful lot of dead space to cover up with drywall, but I'm not sure if I have any other options. Of course if I use drywall, the window well will be 3' deep to the drywall, which would be weird...Name: IMG_20130604_092457_655.jpg

I don't see that you have too many options. You can run the line horizontal (with proper fall) along the ceiling until you get to the far wall then drop down which looks like it will interfere with your window. You can drop down close to where the photo was taken and have the horizontal run down low and box it in creating a "shelf".
