Anchoring wall to concrete floor

I am framing my basement. When I build my walls and anchor them to the concrete floor, is there a standard of how many Tapcons per length? Say one every 3 feet or so?

2 1/2" powder actuated goes much faster than tapcons IMO. I space mine every other stud bay and 4" from end.
