Help designing basement

I was wondering if anyone could help. I am going to finish my basement. I have no clue on how to lay out and position rooms, etc. I have attached the outline. Would anyone be willing to draw out some rooms for me?

Our needs are:

Bedroom
Bathroom
craft area
office
home theater
kids play area.

Finish the drawing. Add dimensions, entrances, stairs, windows, labels, etc.

Basement Floor Plan

Is there an exterior door? I do not see one in the drawing.

No exterior door. Just the one at the bottom of the stairs. Thanks.

One thing will limit you. You must have an approved egress window in any bedroom, so that leaves out a vast majority of the basement for a bedroom. The bathroom stub out is not clear, but if you know where everything is, that's good. How will the effluent get to the ejector pump? I inverted the picture so the writing is right side up, so from where I am sitting, the window in the lower left corner shows 22". What is its height? Need to know the square footage of that window.

That window is roughly 16" in height. The other larger window directly across and to the right( from the bottom of the stairs, facing into the space ) is 51"x60".

22"x 16" isn't enough for an egress window. The only place you can position a bedroom would be in the vicinity of the larger window. Does that window open? Just thought of that.
