Proper insulation in basement in Atlanta, GA area with existing vapor barrier

I'm finishing my basement and as it stands, i've got a vapor barrier up in the basement that runs completely around the basement and up the walls. I've read that spray foam insulation is an option, as is the closed board or the fiberglass. Which would be the best option to use down here?

Spray foam is my choice but it's expensive. Vapor barrier would go away if you went that route.
