basement dirt removal

I have an enclosed area approximately 25' x 25'. It is filled with dirt approximately 3ft deep. Is there a vacuum like machine (or a pump) that could be rented to remove the dirt into my backyard? If so where could such a machine be rented?

I think you're dreaming. But for your sake, I hope I'm wrong and there is some miracle out there. Otherwise, get out the shovel. About 300-400 wheelbarrel loads should do it. Don't do it all in one day.
