Question Basement Water problem/ how to repair/ what is the best solution?

dear all, would like to get your help/ input and suggestions, what way can i repair this? what is the best way? some people/ friends have said insulate from inside with drylock and etc.
what would you suggest?

Keep the water away from the wall on the outside through grading, gutters and downspout extensions - the answer is not a coat of paint on the inside trying to stop water that's already 95% of the way through.

Also, do you have water flowing into the basement? If so you can do several things. You can drill a hole into the floor. And/or you can chisel a groove into the wall (a reverse dovetail shape) insert a wicking media like string or a small tube going into the hole at the bottom and then using a hydraulic cement (Fast Plug comes to mind) and covering the groove.
