Basement walls

After doing some research I found out that there are only 2 basement systems in the market (Owens Corning and Champion). Both were very expensive. My basement has high moisture content, inspite of 2 big humidifiers.

1. Are there any other basement systems?
2. Is Green board mold proof?

My basement is not a walk out basement !

Hi Jay,
I'll assume you mean de-humidifiers. Wet or humid basements is a topic frequently discussed on this forum so you may find it helpful to search and do some extra reading.

There are two forms of moisture that plague basements, water, and moisture vapor. The vapor passes right through the concrete walls and floors. Do you see any water issues? Do you have a dirt or concrete floor down there?

Is the basement vented to the outside, windows open at any time, or closed up and part of the living space.

Is your dryer vented to the outside? Do you dry clothing in the house or store firewood in the basement?

Those questions will get things going
