Question Paneling meets drywall ceiling - Use trim to join or replace paneling?

So, I took down my drop ceiling to replace it with drywall. Now I am wondering if I should remove (or go over) the existing wall paneling with drywall for a nice smooth transition to the ceiling or just use a trim or crown molding around the whole room.

I actually like the look of the painted paneling so I am not sure what to do. What are some of your thoughts?

You will definitely want to trim it. What sort of trim is up to you... maybe a bed moulding or a cove moulding (1 3/4" - 2 1/4")
