Sani-Tred PermaFlex for walls and floor

Here is a photo of the main room (of two) in my basement after having the floor and walls sealed with Sani-Tred's PermaFlex and all other cracks and mortar joints were filled in with the LRB (Liquid Rubber Base) and TAV (Thickening Activator). Please note I had to have the walls and floor thoroughly soda blasted first so that the products would adhere properly to the concrete:

the objective of having this work done was what ? were you experiencing wall/floor leaks ? how did applying this material to the inside of the wall stop wtr from penetrating the exterior surface of the wall ? thanks in advance.
