Basement remodel

Hey guys, when I bought my house, it had a finished basement, but I never exactly liked the lay out of it to much. Attached is a model of current dimension and layout. Name: basement current.jpg

What I want to do is remove the current bedroom by opening all the wall, this will open the floor space of the family room up significantly. The pool table would be moved over to the bedroom area, a corner bar installed, and couches in place to create a media area. The half that isn't finished will have a 10x10 bedroom installed, with a 2x2 closet. This would just be a secondary bedroom, master and other bedroom are on the main floor. The back wall of the existing closet will be knocked out and extended to add a full bath. This will leave my house being 3 bedroom 2 full bath with a much bigger family room which is better than what I started with. I would also need to add an egress window to the bedroom, which is no big deal because there is already a window in place. Here is the updated plan.
