Gluing EPS foam to a block crawl space wall

I want to insulate my crawl space walls & was going to use 2" foam board. What glue should I use? I know I'll have to clean the walls with a stiff brush prior to gluing.

Item #7 here grady...

How to Install Rigid Foam Board on the Walls of a Crawl Space | Home Guides | SF Gate

Although my foam in the crawl was installed with masonry nails...Not very good IMO. I have to redo my vapor barrier anyway so it may all be coming down...

I would hate to think how I would remove it if it was glued.

Thanks Mike, I used a Liquid Nails product a bunch of years ago on my pump house but I don't remember which product it was. Certainly don't want something which is going to eat the foam.

If you are going to cover it with a fire rated material, some codes require it, then you might consider one of the foil faced foam products. Dow's Thermax is one with a good rating, but be sure your local code accepts it. Tape all seams and cut edges with foil tape.

I don't think local codes require it but I'll check with a buddy who is a local inspector for the county.
