You will have to regrade the area sloping away from the house and patio. Care is needed to ensure you don't send all that unwanted water into your neighbors yard or basement.
We were given misinformation on how to lay tile in our basement. Our friend forgot to tell us that we had to let the glue setup for awhile BEFORE laying the tile(not ceramic). THe floor sure looked nice before we walked on it. But then the glue came oozing out. If we pop up a few tiles can we dry up enough of the glue and the excess moisture to save the floor without replacing all of the tile? Or should we just start over? It has been over a year
and the glue is still coming out.Read More
