Fixing up Basement Floor - Post Asbestos Removal

I want to paint the Basement Floor after removing Asbestos Tiles.

We have large splotches of concrete and Black mastic which are uneven.

I used Bean-E-Doo Mastic Removal for cleanup. It worked good enough but did leave uneven black splotches left over on the basement floor.

Now I want to paint the concrete. The current floor just looks nasty to walk on. I plan to use the below products. Is this good enough?

Primer:
BEHR Premium 1-gal. Concrete & Masonry Bonding Primer-88001 - The Home Depot

Concrete Paint:
BEHR Premium 1-Gal. #PFC-25 Dark Walnut 1-Part Epoxy Concrete and Garage Floor Paint-93001 - The Home Depot

I don't have much experience with Behr coatings. Some epoxies require a special primer so you'll want to make sure that primer is compatible. Have you done a moisture test on the slab?
