Post Frost on Basement Walls

We have been living in a newly built home for a little over a year(built Sept 2014) now and the basement walls(concrete) have ice/frost building up them in the winter. The basement is framed and is pretty much right up again the concrete foundation. They insulated the framing with unfaced batts with a vapor barrier. I have ran all the electrical and have put up drywall on all the sides, nothing on the ceiling yet. I live in MN so the frost comes in the winter time from the condensation from the cold foundation and warm inside. Should I remove the vapor barrier/insulation/drywall to allow the walls to dry?
