Attic Insulating Paper with Foil on the outsides

Several years ago i had saw a product that was paper and had foil on each side..... This was supposed to be stapled to the rafters .... Does anyone know anything about this and whether or not it works? i live in a 3 story condo building and the top 2 floors are mine......It has a sloped roof......like a flat room but has plenty of headroom....Thanks for the help

I am not sure if they still make that type of insulation anymore. I have not seen it for several years. It worked good, but there are better products that attach the same way on the market now.
