Gap between concrete slab and foundation

Hi my basement suite has had ant infestations every summer and they seemed to be coming from this gap between the slab and the foundation.

I'm finally doing a renovation now and gutted the whole place so I'm looking for a way to seal it up around all the exterior walls.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do? I've attached some images below.

Thanks

I'd use a concrete caulk to seal it up.

Hey thanks for the reply. You set me on a google search path and here is what I did. What do you think?

I ended up filling the gap with backer rod foam insulation and then sealing it with a latex concrete crack seal.
