Question Thrasher for basement work?

We need to have some basement leak issues addressed. One company I contacted, Thrasher, is nationwide (or at least midwest regional). They sent a many page glossy book about their work and company, which raised the $$$ sign flag in my mind.

Does anyone have experience/opinions on this company?

I would call several local basement leak experts in your area. And after talking with them ask for a few references or customers that used their services and see what they have done. I'm sure the one of the locals is a franchise dealer for THRASHER.
