Does anyone know of a radon sealant that can be applied over dirty old concrete,

Such as taking up a glued down floor or linoleum? Where all of the material cant be taken up without an sand blaster or some other caustic/invasive manner?

Not sure how you would seal a floor with partial tile or other material without some kind of cleaning. But I did a quick GOOGLE search and RADONSEAL seem to be the go to materiel to apply over concrete for radon sealing. Seems to have good reviews.

If you were coat the existing floor with something like RADONSEAL. would you be erecting another floor over that? Without reading the PDF or safety data sheet on the product This might be an answer.
