I live in a basement apt.the floor is made of concreat and the heat is in the floor. the tile that was down was peel and stick. the heat from the floor made the tiles come up. is there a special type oftile i need to get or a sealer i have to put down first to prevent this from happening again? i really need help in laws comming in sept and have to have this done before thay get here

I would suggest you try using regular mastic and vinyl composition tile in an inconspicous area. Test it as many ways as you can to see how it does - if it works - go for it. Mastic stuff should hold better than peel and stick any day.
