What questions do you have?
You won't find much info on finishing a basement using metal or wood studs. A basement is just another room as far as framing goes.
Just post your questions here and we can help.
To get you started, use 1-1/4" #6 drywall screws to hang the drywall. Finish screws for the trim are located next to the drywall screws in the hardwre store.
And, yes you can hang track lighting on the suspended ceiling. Make sure you add extra support to the joists for that section.
