Basements, Attics and Crawl Spaces
65yr old basement walls

Just purchased this old house and would like to start in the basement. At this point, I would just like to apply white paint to these old concrete walls and basic gray on the floor. The walls are in good shape considering their age with no signs of water damage. There is (I would presume)an old coat of lead based paint that is flaking and a slight build-up of calcium. What is my first plan of action? Thanks in advance for any advice...
