Question Basement Drain Question

I'm in the planning stage of finishing my basement. I have roughly 3 floor drains in the basement. What are some ideas of how to deal with these when finishing the floor? My main two concerns are should I level the floor, which is now slightly pitched to the drains? Secondly, do I cover drains or incorporate a flooring material around (i.e. vinyl flooring)? I would prefer not add a subfloor and decrease the amount of headroom. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Cool

If you have limited headroom, and you don't need those drains anymore, you can seal them off with plastic.
If you leave them open, you will have to keep water in the traps, or you will get sewer gas back into the basement.
Good Luck!
