OK - I decided to NOT drylock and go with a vapor barrier. But I have no read from different sources that there is some debate as to where the 6mm poly should go. If I am going to build my walls with insulation a few inches out from the poured concrete - should the vapor barrier go: a- against the concrete b- against the back of the wall - facing the concrete c- on the inside of the wall facing the room (and just behind the drywall) Also- can I just use a staple gun to attach it with some tape in the right places? Thank you again! (PS - If I use faced insulation - is it faced on both sides? If not - which face should face the concrete - the covered, or uncovered?)

I would like to add a large shed dormer to a 1250 foot bungalow. I need to know where I could get plans for the architecture. (i.e. how build it so my roof won't collapse and it meets codes.)
