What To Use???

I am needing to span about 24' above a basement. Whatever I use will be the floor joists for the great room above. What would be most suitable for this span???
Basement dimensions are 24x35.

There are manufactured joists that will span this distance easily. One we have used is an I-beam joist made by Louisiana-Pacific{Portland Oregon address}. It is OSB [waferboard] with a top and bottom cap of laminated wood. Depth of joists can be between 9 1/2" and 16" depending on the span. 9 1/2" on the chart shows a possible span of 30'. These joists are very uniform and make a very solid floor.
