basement wall
i am getting ready to buy a house.the basement wall is the only thing that is kinda worrying me.about half way up the blocks have about a quarter inch gap and are starting to push inwards,(like it might cave in some day).it is only the back wall of the house.how can i fix this cost sufficintly so i can frame the walls and finish the basement?

You should have a structural engineer look at it. The bank may not allow the loan until the owner fixes the problem. It could be nothing or it could be a big problem. How old is the house? If it's old, then it may not be a big deal. As for covering, frame out a couple inches from the wall.
