Wall info - Plastic or no?
I also wondered, since I could not see it in past threads, is it a good idea to use a 6mm plastic vapor barrier against my concrete wall or on th inside of the stud wall. I intend to put my studwork about 1/2 to 1 inch away from the wall, then insulation with a paper moisture barrier too?
I assume that with a subfloor, I would need to run the plastic under anything I put on the floor when I build the subfloor?
Thanks.

Once you have framed the wall, run the wiring and put in the insulation, you need to cover the entire thing with VB plastic.
As for the Subfloor - why? are you running wiring or pipes under there? You know it's going to squeak! and lower your ceiling height.
Seal the VB along the base of the outside wall. no need to run it under the subfloor.
