Arrow mold in the attic

I recently found out that our bath fan has been blowing up into our attic. when I went up into the attic for other work I found the roof (on the inside) was covered (round white patches all over) in mold. We have an old house build in the 50's. The roof is made up of wooden planks not osb board. So what I want to know is what can I do about the mold to get rid of it. I though about taking a sprayer with bleach\water and spraying down the attic ceiling. Thanks for helping Dennis

Now that you identified the source of the mold, bathroom fan, chances are the mold will go away. I recommend you let it dry out then brush it off.

Lightbulb Vent the attic

Be sure you have proper ventilation up there, most homes that age have poor/no venting
