Boxing in Columns

I am refinishing my basement and have two lolly columns that need to be boxed in. I know I can frame them out but somebody had mentioned to me that there is a product out there that is two 1/2 cylinders that you basically fit around the column and are interlocked somehow. I personally have never seen it but it sounds like a nice touch compared to a box around each column.
Anyone familiar with the product and if so, who carries it.
Thanks,

I just saw this advertized at Home Depot. Can't tell you anything else about it.

That pole-wrap from the previous post looks interesting. I was planning on wrapping my poles with a high quality rope(which I have seen, and it looks good), but I have sent for a free sample of the pole-wrap. looking forward to seeing how this stuff works out.
