birds in my chimney
Anyone know how to get birds out of a chimney without harming them? Obviously, after they are gone, I'll put a chimney cap on!

Chimney swifts
These are more than likely chimney swifts, which are protected by Federal Law. In three weeks they will be gone, then you can have your chimney professionally cleaned and capped.
