Tapping into vent tube in attic
Planning to install a bathroom vent in my master bath....
Instead of drilling a hole on the wall to run my tube, I'm planning to tap into the existing vent tube in the attic, which is coming out of the adjacent bathroom. Can 2 bath vents share the common vent tube??

Yes you can, use a "Y" coupling. Just make sure you install the coupling away from the other bathroom exhaust and closer to the outside wall vent. In other words, don't install the "Y" coupling directly over the either bathroom's vents.
