I recently purchased an older GT tandem with 700Dx1.5 tires. I understand these tires are no longer manufactured. can you suggest a compatible rim set specification that would let me switch to using 700Cx35 or similar) tires on the bike?

Can't Find Wide Lens Riding Glasses

I can't seem to find glasses wide enough. All I need is 1.5 corrections and I'm fine. My problem is when I use my usual glasses, the top of the glasses frame impedes my vision when my head is more downward...like when I'm on the handlebar drops, and then try to glance up slightly. Any clues where I can find glasses more suitable? Thanks!
