Question manual-window roller shutter can't be opened

Long story short:I closed my manual-window roller shutters just tight enough to not let ANY light come in,I didn't close it very hard or fast tho.
here is a pic (imgur link)shutters stuck,again :( - Imgur

Now I can't open them again. They are just stuck, using the stick to unroll it does nothing. Thanks in advance :)

P.S.:It feels like that the stick isn't strong enough to lift the shutters.I might be wrong, but i'm just geussing

Welcome to the forums!

You might try a thin putty knife [or whatever you have] to gently pry the slats ajar and see if the crank works then. Might have to do both simultaneously.

I can't tell what I'm looking at. I've never seen anything like that and have never heard of a roller shutter. Is this inside or outside?
