HunterDouglas Power Rise No Longer Functioning after Memory Stop Set
Hi everyone,
I have HunterDouglas Duette Honeycomb Shades with PowerRise Battery Operated Shades that has worked perfectly since their installation in 2003 until today. After replacing the batteries and resetting the shade, I established it was functioning well. However, after I set the memory stop while raising the shade, the motor functions but the shade's bottom rail oscillates but no longer raises.
Is this unit potentially repairable? Could cord(s) be broken but potentially replaced? I would greatly appreciate assistance from the community. Thanks.
