Sagging Vinyl Mini Blinds

I have these cheap vinyl mini blinds where the left and right ends are sagging and very unsightly. I was wondering if there is a way to fix them at home rather than going to the hardware store and getting a brand new set of blinds. And I understand they're cheap and I am probably better off buying new ones, but the nearest hardware store is 40+minutes away and I'd rather not make the long trip for something I can slightly tolerate by just cover them up with the curtains.

One idea I have is laying them flat on a surface and using a hair dryer or heat gun to heat them up and get them straightened but since I have multiple blinds that are uneven I'm afraid they either might sag even more or if I'm not careful, melt and get stuck to eachother.

It looks like they have already been exposed to heat and melted..... or wilted.
The blow dryer on them will only make them worse.

I don't think there is much you can do to them to get them to sit straight again.
Looks like time for some new ones. Maybe measure and order thru amazon.

Do you have any extra slats from shortening? Would be a lot of work but if you have any left, you could replace some of the worst ones.
Otherwise, there's no fixing them.

I'd say you already answered your own question!

They are cheap... really cheap. Replace them. Just know that if you replace them with more cheapies the problem will reoccur. Many tenants put cheap Wally World blinds up in my rentals and almost all end up sagging. Either the top frame sags or the blind louvers sag or both. Then if you bump them a bit too hard they break easily. And if that's not enough the tilt mechanisms often strip so you just get a clicking sound when you try to adjust.
