Hunter Douglass Duette leveling

I've tried leveling the blinds in the up position by adjusting the string in the grommet but when they are level at the top they are uneven at the bottom. I've never had this happen before when they needed adjustment. Is there something I'm missing?

Hello and welcome to the forum!

On their website, it says to completely lower the shade to "self-correct". If you've done this, it may need to be restrung. You can call or email them, too.

Yes, I have. It's a top down bottom up blind and I lowered both all the way. It hardly ever gets used.

An adjustment can be made where the fine cords come into the plastic housing that connects to the single pull cord. One of the cords needs to be shortened or lengthened.
