Shade repair

My cordless shade is broken. There are two separate shades mounted on one mount, each shade a little over 3 feet wide and 8 feet long, for a sliding door. One shade looks puckered on the top/left side, makes a clicking noise when raised or lowered, and won't go all the way up. I've done the "gently pull the shade all the way down, gently pull on one side then the other, raise the shade back up" trick, but that does nothing.

The only markings are Gloria 2T 19963.....Cellular Shade C#: 82CPCS0212.04
FCH EV 02/12/15 CLASS R.

Is this a DIY project?

I took it down to look at the inner workings, but nothing looked obviously wrong, not that I would really know what to look for.

Any suggestions.

Power and operate the shade now that you have it down and watch it while it's moving. I'm thinking something is binding or the plastic holding a shaft, motor or gear is cracked allowing them to move and the gears skip when under load.

Thanks, I will try that, it's not a power shade, it's manual, but I can still pull it up and down and look at what happens.
